Two strengths of one idea

Empower and Empower-X are the same formulation approach at different strengths — the berry with ashwagandha, safed musli, shatavari and kaunch beej. Both come as a juice and as a tablet, and the two are not identical: the tablets add shilajit, which the juices do not carry.

Start with Empower rather than Empower-X unless you have a reason not to. There is nothing gained by beginning at the stronger formulation.

Being straight about the evidence

The traditional record for these herbs is long. The clinical evidence is thinner than the marketing around this category generally suggests, and sea buckthorn itself is not the active part of the claim here — the added herbs are.
